Do you suppose she's a wildflower?
Sunday evening Jaila, Jaila's mom Jamie and myself set out to have a beautiful portrait session in a sunflower field. With Jaila's dark hair and dark eyes I knew the yellow would really make her stand out.
Well, we pulled into the sunflower field and there was not a single sunflower around. So, we improvised, went to a new location, and standing in a field of green with the cutest outfits I have ever seen and all her accessories, I thought to myself that Jaila was her own flower. The sunflowers would have never stood a chance.
Oh yeah, we also had a couple helpers during this session. Jaila's four legged sibling, Louie and my son, Weston. They played a good role in making sure no one had a dull moment during these pictures.
To top off Jaila's easy going attitude, adorable wardrobe, and her natural beauty, she also plays trumpet. I think it is so important for children to do something artistic. Either playing a instrument, painting, drawing, or even a inspiring photographer. Art is a amazing way to be you and express yourself, and its super fun!
Thank you Jaila, Jamie and Louie for a fun evening!
